Food process 2-4 cups kale with 1/4 c olive oil, 2-4 garlic cloves, 1/2 c Parmesan cheese, 2 T lemon juice, pinch salt and pepper.
Optional additions, substitutes, or mix-in ideas: chard, spinach, pinenuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, basil, avocado, milk, cream, nutritional yeast, pasta water.
Serve over pasta, grain salad, fish, chicken, roasted veggies, toast, or green eggs.
