Soup
Chop and bring to simmer:
1 large onion
6 cloves garlic
stick of butter
1/4-1/3 C olive oil
add: 3 Butternuts peeled and cubed and 3 cut carrots, cook for another 10-15mins
add: 1/3 C vermouth and glogg, and simmer/reduce for another 10mins
add: 1C tomato juice, reduce again
add: 4 C veggie stock, 2 star anise, and 8 cardamom pods, 1Tbls salt
stir in lime juice, cayanne, and milk/cream/crem fresh/sour cream
