The mix:
2.5oz Lemon juice (~2 lemons)
1.5oz Lime juice (~2 limes)
3T Dijon
3T Worcestershire
2T Horseradish
2T Tabasco (or similarhot sauce)
2T Olive brine
2tsp Salt
2tsp Ground pepper
1tsp celery seed
You can make this days in advance, in fact I recommend it to let the spices settle, and have on hand for a couple of weeks for single servings or impromptu weekend home brunches.
Add the mix to 64oz Tomato Juice
Add vodka to strength desired, about 16-24oz vodka or 2-3oz per glass.
Garnish with celery, olives, cheese, and/or jerky.
