Onion, Chopped, 1 Cup

Apple, 3
Potatoes, 8 Cups
Colard Greens, Chopped, 2-4 Cups
Sausage, Turkey
Butter, 2-3 Tbls
Olive Oil, 2/3 Cup
Green Pepper, 1 Cup
Tomato Sauce, 1 Cup
Garlic
Broth 1- 2qts
Heat oil, saute onion and garlic, and brown sausage. Add seasonings, root veggies and brown. Add broth (I uses reservedbroccoli soup water) and collards.
