1-3T Chia seeds
1C water, almond milk, coconut milk, or chocolate milk
Sweetener of choice, to taste. Stevia, honey, etc.
Mixin a jar with a lid and then immediately shake to thoroughly mix. Let sit for a few minutes and then shake again. Refrigerate for an hour or over night.
Mix in or top with fruit, coconut flakes, chocolate, granola, nuts, etc.
Paleo flan tapioca
