The United States-Mexico Chamber of Commerce, Northeast Chapter, cordially invites you to a fireside chat with Kevin Brady & Steve Verheul on a discussion on trade, tariffs and upcoming review of USMCA.

Building on the insights shared during our February conference with Mexico's Chief Negotiator for the USMCA, we are now honored to welcome Kevin Brady, former Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee in the U.S. Congress, who played a pivotal role in passing the USMCA, alongside Steve Verheul, former USMCA Chief Negotiator for Canada. Together, they will offer a comprehensive analysis of the Mexico-U.S.-Canada trade relationship, the current tariff landscape, and the upcoming review of the USMCA.

Kevin Brady, former Chairman of the U.S. House of Representatives Ways and Means Committee -and currently Senior Consultant at Akin- who secured approval of 13 of America’s 15 free trade agreements and played a key role in the historic passage of the U.S.-Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA).

Steve Verheul, Former Canada’s Chief Negotiator for the USMCA and the Canada-European Union trade agreement and currently Principal with GT and Company Executive Advisors, as well as President of Steve Verheul Consulting Inc.
