INGREDIENTS:
Sushi rice
Nori (seaweed)
Sardines in tomato sauce, water or oil
Thinly sliced cucumber and/or carrots
Spinach
Mayonnaise mixed with dash of Tapatio or cayenne
Rice vinegar and sugar/sweetener
Wasabi paste
Soy sauce
Make sushi rice, then mix with with vinegar and sugar. While the rice is cooking prep veggies. Roll all together and dip in wasabi and soy sauce.
