Spaghetti Squash and Salmon Sauce
Roast or boil one spaghettisquash and scrape out the pulp with a fork. In a deep frying pan pour one can of spicy fire roasted diced tomatoes and one can of salmon. Heat and season.
Optional:
You could start with sautéed onions and/or garlic.
Add chopped roasted peppers.
Season with herb salt, chives, and crushed red pepper.
Serve with nutritional yeast or parmasen cheese and a steamed green veggie.
