Greens, strawberries, fresh peas, pecans, goat cheese, vinaigrette with boiled eggs
We used:
Red leaf salad, a handful arugula, and spinach
About a cup of strawberries sliced
Fresh green peas
1/2 cup of pecans
chunk of goat cheese
Boiled eggs
Vinaigrette:
In a jam jar or other small jar with a lid fill half with olive oil and white balsamicvinegar
Add a squirt or small scoop of mustard, we used Dijon
a dash ofsalt and ground pepper
3 tiny scoops Stevia to sweeten, but you could definitely use honey or sugar
Cap full of lemon juice
Clove of fresh garlic, use a knife or a mortar and pestle to make the clove more of a paste
Shake!
