The POC Sangha meets online every Thursday via Zoom, 7:30 to 9 PM Pacific time.To ensure our community's health and well-being, EBMC has now closed our center's in-person meetings and is moving all of our Practice Groups, Programs Classes, Deep Refuge Groups, Movement Classes and Retreats to ONLINE ONLY.
