1/2 cup mayo/yogurt or combination there of
Couple tablespoons of vinegar, to taste
1-4 tablespoons fresh dill
1-2 clovesgarlic or 1 tsp garlic powder
Optional: 1 tsp of mustard powder and/or 2-3 tsp horseradish
Fresh ground black pepper and salt
Puree in blender.
Use as a vegetable dip, spaghetti sauce, or sandwich spread!
