Event Description

Berries, beets, water or pomegranate juice

Kale, spinach, parsley, watercress, apple

Add chia, flaxseed, coconut oil to any!
Use coconut milk in place of regular or nut milks for a cleanse.
Add goji berries to berry smoothies

Veggie Detox Cleanse:
YES: Vegetables and fruit, mostly veg
NO: sugar, oils, fats, salt, processed foods, animal products, protein powders, starchy vegetables, nuts, seeds
You can do this cleanse for several days.

General format:
2 tsp raw, unfiltered, apple cider vinegar in 8oz water or tea, 1-3 times per day before a meal
Green smoothie in the morning
Juice mid-morning snack
Green smoothie again or salad (use avocado, lemon juice, orcider vinegar instead of dressing)
Juice afternoon snack
Simple vegetable soup with no salt or oil
If you'd like, senna tea with breakfast and dinner (laxative)

Day 1:
Greens, banana, water
Coconut water
Berries, beets, lime, water
Carrot, ginger, lemon, water
Caramelized onion soup with coconut oil and veggie broth
8, 8oz glasses of water (2 nalgenes)

Day 2:
Greens, apple, lemon, water
Lemon, apple, cayenne, water
Greens, celery, tomato juice (or salad, with lemon juice)
Pineapplecoconut milk (pinacolada!)
Veggie broth with seaweed, cabbage, broccoli, peas, and garlic
8, 8oz glasses of water (2 nalgenes)

Day 3:
Greens, pear, water
Repeat juice of choice
Greens, carrot, beet, apple,lemon, ginger (parsley)
Peach, Romaine lettuce, grapes, coconut water, shredded or frozen coconut
Pumpkin, coconut milk, curry soup
8, 8ozglasses of water (2 nalgenes)
