Homemade Protein Bars
1/2 cup vanilla whey powder, 1/4 cup flaked coconut, 1/4 cup coconut flour, 1/4 cup milk, 30 g melted 85% dark chocolate.
Mix the protein powder and coconut flour with milk and shape the batter into bars. Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl on top of a pot of boiling water. Once melted, dip the bars in the chocolate. Place the bars in the freezer for 30-45 minutes.
Best for: Muscle building and circuit training. Consume 30-60 minutes before exercise.
