Mix together, just enough to form a ball:
2 3/4 C Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 t Salt
1/4 C Olive Oil
3/4 C Water
2-3 t RedWine Vinegar or Lemon Juice
Fresh ground pepper
Roll out two crusts for your savory pie or flatbread. Freeze or refrigerate in flat disks wrapped in plastic wrap, inside an additional ziplock if storing longer than a couple of days.
Since it is soooo easy, I recommend making a double batch and freezing half!
