Put any nut in a food processor. Raw or roasted, whole or flour. Blend and periodically scrap down the sides for about 10-15 mins, depending on the nut and your processor.
Pecan, walnut, macadamia nut, coconut, hazelnut, almond, sunflower seed, etc.
Mix and match nuts.
Add seasonings like vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, cocoa, or coffee.
Add sweeteners like stevia, honey, or maple syrup.
Serve in place of peanut butter, in and on pancakes, muffins, toast, encrust fish orchicken, blend into coffee as alternative creamer, "peanut" sauce, and in dozens of dessert recipes.
