Makes 3-4 tall glasses.
Place in blender, optimal order:
1 ripe pear
2 large handfuls of greens (kale, spinach, chard, arugula - anything you'd like)
4-8 Tbsp lemon juice
Ice, about 2-3 handfuls
Fill blender 3/4 full of water, coconut water, or almond milk orcombination.
Optional: 1-2 pinches of cayenne and/or 1-2 tsp grated fresh or powdered ginger
Stevia or sweetener to taste if your milk is unsweetened.
