Use left over broccoli water from yesterday, a bullion cube,or other soup broth.
Bring to boil and add seasoning if needed. (Like with ginger, salt, and pepper)
Add chopped greens, like bok choi, kale, or chard and boil for a few more minutes.
Crack an egg into the pot and stir. (about 1 egg per person, per 1.5 cups of broth.)
