Butter one side of your bread. Slice your cheese and tomato. Heat your griddle. Add the bread, buttered side down. Add the cheddar cheese, sliced tomato, sprinkle salt and pepper. Spread a layer of farmers cheese on the second piece and lay on top of the tomato, creating a 3 layer grilled cheese. Turn the heat to super low and let melt and brown for about 5 minutes. Flip and let brown on the second side for about 4-5 minutes. Cut and serve with a great bowl of soup!
