Roughly chop a small head of broccoli and 1/3 of a cabbage into small half inch size pieces. Cut the broccoli stalk into smaller pieces,but do include and don't waste!
Optional: sunflower seeds, raisins, and a can of chickpeas or similar elements.
Olive oil 1-2 Tbls
Sour cream 2-3 Tbls
Mayo 2-3 Tbls
Spices mustard 1-2 Tbls
Lemon juice 2-3 Tbls
Stevia or sweetener 2-3 servings/Tbls
Season to taste with coarse salt, ground pepper and/or crushed red pepper
