Prepare bean thread or rice vermicelli noodles. Strain and then work in peanut oil, fish sauce, soy sauce into the noodles.
Julienneor slice veggies. We used broccoli, carrots, and Jerusalem artichokes. Stirfry with peanut oil, lots of garlic, and ground black pepper.
Combine noodles and veggies.
Water, milk, or coconut milk to thin
Honey or something sweet (if using unsweetened peanut butter)
Ginger (powder or fresh)
Something Spicy, like crushed red peppers or cayenne
Soy sauce to taste
