This was taped on October 3rd at London's Granville Theater before a crowd of fan club members. The "performance" was a bit of a cheat: the group was seen lip-synching (with live vocals) to the studio backing of "I'm A Loser" and re-recordings of "Kansas City"/"Hey-Hey-Hey-Hey" and "Boys." (It becomes obvious with "I'm A Loser" when the harmonica goes out of synch.)
The Beatles For Sale sessions were then underway, so aside from "Boys," the first the public got to hear these songs on vinyl was with theissue of said album in Britain on December 4. The US equivalent, Beatles '65, contained "I'm A Loser," but American fans didn't get a domestic release of the Little Richard medley until Beatles VI in June 1965, more thanhalf a year after this broadcast.
