Enby Night at Dorothy!

Dorothy's first Enby Night kicks off this January 11th - a free gathering of community with non-binary and trans folks to the front! Allies welcome.

From 6-10pm we'll be holding Enby Night, hosted by our bartender Lou! They'll be slinging drinks behind the bar and are ready to make a special night for the community.

ABOUT THE EVENT FROM LOU:

"Since July 2022, I’ve had the privilege of being your neighborhood queer bartender. I am honored to now be your host for Enby Night! The purpose of this event is to provide a safe space for our trans and non-binary friends to mingle, drink, be merry, and grow our beautiful community. As we know, lesbian bars are few and far between, thus making queer spaces even more challenging to find and enjoy. Dorothy takes pride in being apart of the collective effort in developing more businesses that ensure safety and inclusion for everyone."

Enby Night includes playlists by trans and nonbinary artists, the Enby Night exclusive "Take Me as I Yam" sweet potato cocktail and for this first event: an optional clothing swap!

CLOTHING SWAP GUIDELINES

Guests are welcome to bring a maximum of two (2) items per person to donate to our clothing swap
Items must be clean and in good condition
Ideal items spark a sense of nonbinary / trans gender euphoria
We want body inclusive items so please bring items of all sizes as well as accessories for all
Guests may take as many items as inspire them night-of. Any remaining items will be donated to The Brown Elephant post-event.

Dorothy is 21+ and requires physical ID for all to enter. Dorothy is also ADA accessible with elevator access on Campbell Avenue. If you are a guest who requires elevator access, message us before the event and speak to our security person upon arrival.
