Rent is a 2005 American musical drama film, adapted from Jonathan Larson's 1996 Broadway musical of the same name.
The film, which features six of the eight original Broadway cast members reprising their lead roles, depicts the lives of several bohemians and their struggles with sexuality, drugs, paying their rent, and life under the shadow of AIDS in the gritty East Village of New York City from 1989 to 1990.

No other dinner substitutions or dietary restrictions can be made for this event. Guests indicate which meal they prefer when they reserve their entry. Dinner orders are only accepted until 5pm the day of the event. 48 hours before the event food orders are no longer eligible for refunds.
Doors open at 6pm and our screening begins at 6:45pm. Meals will be ready for you when doors open at 6pm! Dinner add-ons are not required but do get priority with guaranteed entry for the evening. Guests ordering dinner should arrive no later than 6:30pm for full freshness of their meal.
Dorothy is 21+ and requires physical ID for all to enter. Dorothy is also ADA accessible with elevator access on Campbell Avenue. If you are a guest who requires elevator access, please stop in Split-Rail when you arrive for assistance or speak to our door person upon arrival.
Dorothy remains open after the screening until 10pm.
