Art on theMART will resume projections on Thursday, November 12 with an all-new program!
The program will feature the debuts of Joffrey Ballet's acclaimed production of the Christmas classic "The Nutcracker" set to music from Tchaikovsky’s beloved score, works from the Art Institute of Chicago exhibitions "Monet and Chicago," and "Bisa Butler: Portraits" as well as Arts of Life's "City Circle Heart," a compilation of the bold images by individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities animated together as a video projection. All works will include an audio component that can be heard from speakers located on the Riverwalk jetty.
In accordance with Chicago’s Phase Four pandemic guidelines, no more than 100 people can be on the Riverwalk jetty and all must comply with social distancing regulations. All visitors must wear face coverings. The November 12 projections will also be live streamed on Facebook at 7 p.m.
