Care workers across the country are joining with fellow workers from
all industries and walks of life to take action on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 to declare: Care is Essential.

Care workers, working families and community members are calling on Congress to take action - there’s no time to waste.
Home care and child care workers—Black and white, Latina and Asian, indigenous and immigrant—are calling on Congress to invest in care jobs and the women of color who do the majority of care work. It’s long past time to expand access to care for families who need it and make sure every care worker is respected, protected and paid.
