The Fly Honeys invite you to shake off the last two years - where maybe you were the Only Body - and step into your full and unapologetic self in a joy-bomb of live performance, dance, music, and nightlife extravaganza.
For 10 years, The Fly Honeys have amplified intersectional performance that reimagines a world of empowered self expression by celebrating the body and sexuality. Hyped as a Chicago Institution and voted Best Dance Producer by the Chicago Reader, The Fly Honeys (and their Hive) have cultivated a fierce woman, femme-centered, queer-powered community of high-kicking dancers, singers, and ass shakers along with an expansive ensemble of novice and experienced performers alike, celebrated local DJ’s and guest artists - all backed by a 9-piece live band.
On the last two nights of 2021, The Fly Honeys bring their friends, and all of their bottled up energy, to take over Thalia Hall with this one-of-a-kind party experience where you have permission and a place to get fly, get loud, and (finally) get together.
