A Totally Lit Speed Dating Night - LGBTQ+ Edition

D o you browse bookstores hoping to brush hands with another bookish babe? Are you in the market for something straight out of a romance novel (sans any miscommunication trope, hopefully)? Join us for A Totally Lit Speed Dating!

Bring a book you're dying to talk about and get ready to meet several other literary lovers, knowing one of them could become YOUR literary lover! If both people are interested in continuing the conversation you’ll each receive information about how to get back in touch.

Participants are invited to register for the group that best aligns with their identity and whom they are seeking. Hetero singles can join us February 7!

Please Note: The event starts at 6:30pm, but can only begin once everyone has arrived; early arrival is encouraged. The event ends at 8pm. Please do not buy a ticket if you are unable to arrive on time or stay for the full event. If you buy a ticket and are unable to attend, notify us by emailing volumesbookcafe@gmail.com within 24 hours of the event.

Our aim is to have each guest go on 12 mini-dates, depending on registration. Anyone 18+ is welcome, but be aware that attendees are in their early 20s through early 40s. Unfortunately, if we have an uneven number of registrations by gender, we will refund guests beginning with the most recent registrant the day prior to the event.
