Join us for a nostalgic night of music and dancing at Music Mondays: Y2K - Back to School! Get ready to relive the best hits from the early 2000s with the incredible DJ rexi who spins from 7-11pm.
DJ rexi (they/them) is a multi-faceted artist from Chicago, Illinois and they know partying is serious business. When it comes to the dance floor, they focus on reading the room, arriving without preset playlists so there’s always space to adjust to the vibe of the crowd! Outside the bar scene DJ rexi specializes in queer weddings - complete with gender neutral emceeing and a killer dance floor!
Catch their weekly radio show on CHIRP Radio (107.1 fm Chicago or chirpradio.org to listen online) Wednesday nights 10p.m. - 12a.m. CST. You can also find them performing with The Mudqueens Chicago as Miss Information or selling sparkly, sex-positive trinkets with their accessory line FilthyG0rge0us. Follow them on instagram @rexerella.
Folks who dress in Y2K fashions get special drink deals for the night - just ask!
Mondays are also Industry Nights in the building. Folks in the arts or restaurant industries get 50% off our cocktail list from 6-7pm and 50% off the dinner menu in Split-Rail all night.
Dorothy is 21+ and requires physical ID for all to enter. Dorothy is also ADA accessible with elevator access on Campbell Avenue. If you are a guest who requires elevator access, please stop in Split-Rail when you arrive to be let down or speak to our security person when you arrive at the Dorothy door.
Want to dine in Split-Rail before or after your visit? We recommend making a reservation.
