Join us for a fantastic night of live music with Chicago "staple in the making" Jush Girls and newly landed Jeannie Rak!
Jush Girls is a duo comprised of singer-songwriter Jennifer Femme and cellist/composer Asher Sizemore. Jush Girls love to walk the lines between dramatic and camp, silly and sincere, passionate and playful. You can catch Jush Girls at dives, venues and DIY spaces all around Chicago- both members perform actively and teach music lessons.
Thailand-born, Jeannie Rak: hard-working busker turned recording artist, Jeannie’s style pulls heavily from top 40s r&b and pop hits, but with a completely unique twist of her own: sincerity, performance chops, and charm. Her original music tells stories of her life as a longtime immigrant and certified queer romantic.
Doors open at 6pm and Jeannie goes on at 7pm! After a brief intermission catch Jush Girls closing the night. Dorothy will remain open after the show until 10pm.
Dorothy is 21+ and requires physical ID for all guests to enter. Dorothy is ADA accessible with elevator access on Campbell Avenue. If you are a guest who requires elevator access, please speak with our security person at our entry for assistance.
Want to dine at Split-Rail before the show? We recommend making a reservation.
Please note: refund requests will only be accepted until midnight the night before the show. No day-of refund requests will be honored.
