Sacral Release Writing & Yoga Workshop

Our Sacral Chakra is responsible for our creative inspiration and sponaitieydriving how we experience beauty and flow. This workshop is dedicated to releasing any energetic blocks in our sacral chakra and experiencing the energetic flow through writing.

This workshop will be apart of the Resonance Bus Tour led by Orisun Arts and Wellness. Ivory Leonard, founder of Sankofa 1619. Both organization focus on using indigenous knowledge to inspire holistic healing in historically marginalized communities.
