Event Description

Core and Slice 4-6 pears. Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with a little cinnamon sugar and add a sprig or two of rosemary. Drop 3 tablespoons of butter (cold or melted) into the dish and bake at 300 for 40+ minutes or at 325 for 25-30mins. Stir the pears periodically as they bake.

Top with maple ricotta, ice cream, fresh whipped cream, yogurt, mascarpone, goat cheese, creme fraiche or sour cream.
