Event Description

Saute leek, onion, apple, yellow and green bell peppers in butter. Cook down for 5-10mins. Add chicken thigh pieces with skin, no bones, and cook through. At the end add white white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and sprinkle of (spelt) flour to thicken. Salt and pepper to taste.

Made stock with left overs and bones.
