Event Description

Add all to a slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

1 lbs Lentils or Grain (I used rye this time)
1-2 onions, chopped
4-5 cloves garlic
fresh ginger equal to garlic
1 large cayenne pepper, seeded
3-6 T butter
1 can tomatoes
1-2 quarts broth or water
3-4 big handfuls of cooking greens like collard
1-3 cups milk, like almond or coconut
1-2 T curry
4 cloves
1 t nutmeg
2 t turmeric
cilantro
1-2 onions, chopped
salt to taste
