Event Description

One recipe buckwheat crepes. (mix 1c milk, 1/3c water with 3 eggs and 1tsp salt. Add 2/3c buckwheat flour, 1/2c regular flour or rice flour, and 3 tbls oil.)

Layers of veggies.
Options:
Sauteed eggplant and onion
Sauteed green pepper, spinach, and onion
Dill Zucchini puree (from earlier this week)
Sliced fresh tomatoes or lightly sauteed
and Salt and fresh pepper to taste on one or two layers

Layer veggies with crepes and parmesan cheese in a casserole like dish or other deep dish. Serve immediately, cut out pieces like cake or lasagne!
