Caramelize onions with butter. Add sliced tomato and dill. When the tomatoes melt, add the filet of fresh salmon and cover for 7-10 mins, flipping the salmon halfway through.
Salad greens, sliced peaches, thinly sliced green pepper (i use the cheese slicer), goat cheese and white balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Squeeze lemon over everything and saltand pepper to taste.
I ended up mixing the salmon with the salad and itwas great!
